Slow learner,but keen!
I recently, after much patient waiting, found a nice clean copy of the much vaunted MD 35/70 f3.5,complete with a genuine hood
Mine has the separate Macro setting button so I assume it is the third version.
I was reaaly keen to try this but had no camera to use it with and so I took a chance on a really cheap SRT 101 on ebay,'not used for several years but winding on and firing seems ok' was the description. When it arrived apart from a little dust on the screen all seemed ok.Even the meter responds with a new LR9,not that I will rely on that, but great to find it working at all.
Happy days and a chance to put some film through two famous pieces of gear from my generation, and the time when family commitments meant that I couldn't do so.

Great! The 101 was my first serious camera! I still have and use sometimes!
