Minolta TC-1 repair

I have been using a Minolta TC-1 for a short time with
good success. Recently it has been going into failure mode
where the LED display flashes after a shutter release and
you have to remove the battery to reset it.

Apparently this is a common issue. The problem is, where
does one get this repaired? Minolta does not support the
TC-1 anymore. I do not have any problem sending
it to Japan if necessary, but where in Japan?

Thanks for the info. I really enjoyed using the camera, but it
is a real pain removing the battery after every second shutter release.
