A freidn of mine gave me three Minolta lenses his father left him. So I bid and won for a Minolta X-700 with a Motordrive. I got it for an astonishing 47 Euro. (X-700s and XGMs are geberally not auctioned on Ebay Germany but sold with buy now Options at ridculously inflated Prices)
So I tried it with all my lenses. The Viewfinder Image is very blurry. Even the Speeds inthe VF are blurry.:bang: Otherwise the camera is in excellent shape. The Speeds semm to be OK. The light react as expected.
Is it the prism?
Thanks in advance Folks

Has it got an eyesight correction lens fitted to the eyepiece perhaps?

Might be a diopter on the viewfinder, which should just slip off if it is, or it could be a missing lens in the viewfinder. If the numbers are blurry it isn't the prism.

A diopter was the first Thing I checked after i had for years a Retina with a bad VF that turned out to have a Diopter.
A salesclerk who checked it also thought it ws the Prism. Thanks for the Input Rpnnie and scrambler!
