Does anyone have any experience with Minolta XD shutters?
My XD-s has stopped working reliably with the following shutter symptoms:
Speed < 1/30th: all ok
Speed = 1/30th: sometimes ok, sometimes only partial frame exposed
Speed > 1/30th: no light gets through, even though the blades move
I would have guessed the problem was some sticky oil on the blades or similar, but the camera seems to work fine with the mechanical 1/125th setting (the XDs have a single mechanical shutter speed as backup incase of batter failure).
Any ideas?

Pop open the bottom and make sure your getting go contact from the battery compartment.
The wire is very thin and just a pinch of corrosion can cause chaos.
I had a XGSE that was intermittently working and with a dab of solder was healed.
