Anybody at Photokina who has tried out this new gadget_cum_camera?
Should have been there myself but was - for boring reasons - hindered.
Would love to bring this little toy around me but only if image quality is okay. Unable to determine how much image manipulation has been put into the shots on the license-to-shoot website.
thanks for your input in advance,
cheers

that is pretty neat, I had not seen that before but I doubt the image quality of the thing, other Minox digital products I have used have seriously sucked.
Also I looked at the specs, the cam is 3.2 mp upsampled to 5mp just like the little Leica m3 Minox thing my friend had which was really disapointing.

I have been eyeing the Minox Rollei MiniDigi for quite some time but still have reservations about the IQ. Hoped that the time span would mean a bit better IQ for this baby plus the dimensions is more carrying friendly I guess. I would prefer no upsampling but know that is not an option. Still, this is not a very expensive toy at 199€ all included. Hm. If only Leica had not announced that S2 people would be flocking to this camera

I will get one when I can. Image quality must be at least on par with that of my 8x11 ECX.
