Minox photo scanned with Sigma Sd Quattro

Last week I started a thread asking "what is the finest grain ISO 100 film". Most responses said Tmax 100 so I ordered some. After slitting and spooling into a Minox casette, I shot some test photos and processed using Xtol developer 1:1. I've been wanting to try camera scanning rather than using a dedicated scanner, so I set up my Sigma Quattro sd camera on an old Polaroid MP3 copy stand using a Tominon 75mm copy lens. Here is the result after post in Photoshop. I am pleased with the results even though I have gotten less grain and more resolution in the past with Tech pan film and special developer. I think this is a reasonably good result using a readily available film and developer.

That's pretty impressive image quality out of such a tiny negative.

Pretty good. Tech Pan in Technidol developer was special...but TMax isnt that far off in grain.
