It just goes back to 75 days, and doesn't change anything. And I can't see a way to set the change. Tried going to the Home page, then next time I reloaded the page, still just shows 75 Days.

not true.

hold your cursor over the 75 days
you will then see a drop down menu.

select the time period you want.

And amazingly, on the first page in this section, from 2003, I see two posters I still recognize - including Joe!

PF, you need to select "From The Beginning" from the menus at the bottom of the sub-forum page, then click the "Show Threads' button.
 
Stephen, I know about the drop-down menu, and I did select "From The Beginning". What I'm saying is I don't see the other pages prompts at the bottom of the listing, and when I try to change the display settings, nothing happens.

Please don't tell me I have to change browsers again just to run this site.

ps: I will see if I can do any of these changes on another forum listing.
 
Ha! Figured it out. One has to click on "Show Threads" after making the change. This however is not shown as a button, nor does it highlight when one passes the cursor over it, so I didn't think to click on it before.:bang:

Everything is working now.

Just one more thing. It defaults back to 75 Days after I leave the forum. Now just who was it that set that up?

Try making the changes in the "Edit Options" section of the User CP (link at the top of every forum page). Select from the dropdown menu in the "Thread Display Options" subcategory. This should make your setting persistent.
