Missing screw?

The last time I was loading film in my R3M I noticed a tiny part dropping on the grass, impossible to find it.
Today i checked the camera and found that indeed something is missing:

was it a screw (threads are visible) or just a plug?
Can someone help?

I just looked inside my R2M and it looks the same. Nothing missing there.

Could be a flake of film or something that you saw?
