mobile devices and javascript ?

Can anyone tell me how good if at all mobile support for javascript is.
Do they handle basic javascript DHTML for positioning of website elements? i.e. is the DOM in a mobile device similar to a normal web browser or is it very limited?

It's up to the web browser whether or not it supports javascript. To my knowledge all web browsers support javascript, so it should work...although as the other responder pointed out there are some things that it's just not possible to do because of the varying interfaces.business card printing
