Modern Photography review of Argus C4

Hello!
Since I live in Ann Arbor, which was the home of Argus Camera, I decided to buy a C4 to shoot around town with. In Stephen Gandy's article about the C4 on his CameraQuest website he refers to a review of the C4 in Modern Photography. Does anyone know the date or volume of the issue it appeared in? Even better, does anyone have a copy of the review they would be willing to share? With the issue date I can probably get the article sent to me through Interlibrary Loan at U of Michigan, but they need as much information about the citation as possible. Thanks!
