Is that a Pentax? I do think that one must shoot with the camera he has, but having said that, I also wonder if this kind of picture wouldn't be better with a 4x5 camera since you're setting up the tripod anyway. It's a lovely picture and I think the Arista Premium did a great job with the tones, and so did you. I lost all my Pentax Spotmatic cameras and lenses and I sure miss them. Where was the photo made? My only criticism would be that it seems to me that the camera may not be entirely level.
Good work! Vic

Thanks for the compliment.
Shot on Black Creek off the Warrior River. I live in a cabin at the fishcamp there. No 4x5 for me. I use a tripod on longish exposures because of hand tremors.
In PP, I made sure the waterline is straight. The structures here all lean one way or another ... :)

my eye wants to see the houses/river as the main point of the photo, but they keep getting drawn to the tree on the right because it is the sharpest point in the photo. the detail and tones in the tree are great, but im pretty sure that's not what you want the viewer to be noticing.

i do enjoy the tones of the photo as a whole though, nice work
