When I received this package, the first thing I thought was : What have I purchased so heavy ?
It is a HUGE camera ! when I opened : dusty all the way, two light leaks in the bellow ,
but cristal clear lens, and a crisp shutter sound.
The rangefinder had to be re-set.
After repair, I made my own 6X6 mask because I had not an enlarger that can take 6X9 negatives. (took a CD case, cut it, paint it in black, add some self adhesive black flocking sheet)
The first roll shows the following things :
The images are sharp with nice tones. Not as sharp as my Minolta Autocord, but OK for this brand of folding camera.
The enlargement shows that from f/5.6 to f/22 the results are good, with the better between f11 and f16 (where there is the red dot !)
I think I will continue to use it, for some time, but it is definitely not the kind of camera to hold in your pocket ! If you do so and fall in a lake, be carefull because you will immediatly sank...
On the picture you can see it with a '30's french tripod (1.5meter extended).
