It's of Oporto, Portugal- where Port wine comes from. The light is almost always perpetual morning- very pretty and soft, with evening fogs.

Ah. Very beautiful. My wife and I were in Portugal for a couple of days about six years ago. We drove south along the west coast and then to Lisbon beforing over to Spain.
