Mounting/Changing Screw Mount Lenses

Hello---any advice on the easiest way to mount/change screw mount lenses on my Canon 7---ie---lining up threads, etc....Thanks!

Move the focus tab to close focus and push C- clockwise and note the position of the tab as it releases. Put the next lens on the very same way in reverse.

Start around 11:00 and it is around 2 1/2 turns.

Sit down or work over your bag or grass as this is how most lenses get dropped.
