MP flash??? which one you using?

Any small flash recommendations for MP? Would like to have bounce. I was thinking Nikon SB20 or 22?

I've used the SB20 with my M7, it works quite well.

Very compact one but no bouncing....

I use SB22 on my M6 classic, bounced and use a small bounce card, in combination with an off shoe cord, it works really well.

You use it on M I presume ? is it very powerful, I want to shoot some close-up portrait but blasting flash full power directly in the face of the model is not very nice

I'm gonna chip in with an obvious one - I use a Leica SF 24D on my M6 (non-TTL) and really like it. No bounce option, but it's simple to knock up a bounce card if you need to. It's the perfect weight for the M cameras and needn't be too expensive either.

I only use it with my M (but rarely use it). I always shoot 1.5-2 stops under when I shoot people with flash... It always works.... 🙂

Love my Metz 34 CS-2. Small, and has Fresnel adapters for both 28 and 90mm lenses.

(Not on MP but on M6 for me).

i use this little osram one. uses a single AAA battery has a quick recharge. no MP though

Canon just announced a new small flash with a 90º tilt, I wonder if it would work?

It'll work but only on full power via hot shoe I guess

A little Sunpak DS-20 fits in my RF bags. It has tilt, auto/manual/slave modes, a PC cord, and takes only two AA's. The way the head tilts, I can slide a business card into the gap for bounce. Not a powerhouse, but enough when using ISO 400 film.
