Multiple Exposure on Electro 35 GSN?

The user manual for my Kodak Retina III makes it pretty obvious how to get multiple exposures on a shot, whereas the user manual for the Electro 35 GSN does not. Is this at all possible on the Electro 35 GSN? If so, how?

My guess (and it is a guess) is that you would have to do the following, all together:
- tighten the rewind crank to remove any slop in the film
- press in the rewind button on the base
- wind the advance lever.

I have not tried this on a Yashica, but it does work on many other makes of camera. The trick is that the rewind button decouples the advance lever from the sprokets on the advance mechanism.

Please bear in mind that this is theory only - if you try it and damage your camera, you are on your own (sorry).

Thanks for the reply, John, that all makes perfect sense. Perhaps if I get another GSN, maybe one that's kind of a beater, I'll give it a shot. I'd hate to screw up this one, it's a nice camera . If anyone has successfully done this on a GSN, I'd love to hear from you.
