Hi guys.
Anyone knows anything about this brand ? It is sold at B&H.
My question is about the filter range to be used with it; from 1 to 4, not the usual 00 - 5. Is this a handicapped in some way paper ?

I believe what they are saying is that the paper comes in Grades 1 thru 4 not that it's a Multigrade paper that uses filters to change contrast...

Yes "multitone" doesn't neccesarily mean "multigrade." Sam is likely right that this is simply "graded" paper, grades 1-4, with a grade 2 being "normal" contrast. Although most of the graded papers I've ever used were fiber-based, not resin coated. Who makes it?

Hi. MultiTone is just the brand name. I don't know who makes it. It is not marked VC, but is listed at B&H together with RC VC papers and not with graded RC papers (made by Foma, Ilford, Kentmere and Oriental). So no mistakes, it is a VC paper, just it looks like with clipped grade range. Google search gives nothing and I hoped someone knows anything about it.
