When one runs across extraordinary work, I feel that discovery must be shared. Check the work of Zoran, dedicated Leica III F user who now has a M6. See Zoran's three postings on Brugge at www. gallery.swannsway.ch Hope you enjoy this work as much as I did. It also shows that rangefinders can compete with anything. Johne

Well, they're competently exposed.

Frank: Appreciate your comment. True I am relatively new, but I have posted several to date. I enjoy using my rangefinders but use Nikon film gear for much of my serious efforts. Johne

Hello Johne, I was only judging how new you were by the number of posts. (5 at that time) I'll check out your gallery here now.

It would seem you were underwhelmed.

His work is competant enough. I don't find that it matters whether his work was taken with rangefinders or not.

Hello again, Johne. The site where the link takes me loads very slowly. I only have a dial-up connection. From what I see on the thumbnail photos, I am not blown-away by the photos you reference, but then again I can't see them full-size. (I'm impatient.) There are many photos here in our RFF gallery that do blow me away. Different images grab different people. I guess that there is something about Zoran's images that resonates within you and impresses you. Art appreciation is pretty subjective, and it is a pleasure when we find something that touches us.
