Thanks for sharing! Fantastic stuff. And Retinas are cool cameras, not that I think your equipment is the point...

Hah! Very good. The first thing in my mind was "Wonder if they're reds or yellows?![]()
They said that the red are in front of the car and the yellow in the back help to push his car out of a mud hole. In the recent Thai new year (water festival) I've been in Pattaya and saw that people enjoy the festival together no matter what color they are.
Cheers,

It goes to show that picking a camera and sticking with it can result in great photos. These photos couldn't have been better regardless of the camera that was used. I've had a Retina IIIc for many years and love it.
Really nice photos. Thanks for posting these.

Thank you friends for your nice comments.
Supachai, I thought about all of you friends and I always wish you all are safe. I'll visit your darkroom soon.
Pickett Wilson, At first, I choose Kodak Retina because size matter and I feel very comfortable when carry it all the time when I go out. I found later that the Xenon gave me nice pictures and the more I use, the more I familiar with it, the more favorite pictures taken. My Ricoh 500GX also gave me nice picture but I feel better shooting with Retina. : )

In my memory Central World

Ricoh 500GX
Central World Plaza the 3rd biggest shopping mall in the world was burned on May 19 during Thailand's political conflict 2010. These pictures will be in our memory forever.

Ricoh 500GX

Ricoh 500GX
Established since 1990 known as World Trade Center with 300,000 square meters and renovation was start in 2003 - 2007. The Central World ranked 2nd in South East Asia and 3rd in the world by its 550,000 square meters area.
This is a place for all of us when wondering around the city, a meeting place, a photo-shooting place, a relaxing place , a shopping mall and working place. I'll keep these pictures in my memory and wait for the whole new Central World to be open soon.

World Trade Center : 1996 Canon EOS 10QD EF 4.5-5.6/75-300mm IS Fuji Velvia 50

you and the Retina are a deadly combo, keep up the good work. FWIW, I like the photos more with the fuji acros/neopan, richer blacks, and more punch to the picture for me.
is sad what has been happening politically in Thailand. One thing we can do as photographers, is document, document, document, and educate.

Thanks fotomeow. Acros & Neopan are great but need to beware when developing. I sent to some labs and they do a great job but the last 3 rolls are very high contrast. I'm not sure they may change the technician or not but I'll start my develop soon after I've time to get a thermometer (everything are ready only wait for thermometer).
I agree with you about Thailand's situation in 2010. I've seen similar thing happen again and again since I was young. IMO they can avoid that but it seem like no one wants to use their rationality. I documented and hope one day some of my picture may have some effect on some politician or someone who will be the government in the future.
Power always a dangerous thing.
