I had the unpleasant task of shooting the local Hooter girls 😀 for a local Harley-Davidson dealers annual calender. I shot with a borrowed Mamiya 7 and studio strobes. These are the rejects as i could not post the 12 that were selected. Here is one teaser and the link to the rest. I spent 2 days shooting this and it is a good thing I am single. It is also a good thing I am not 20 years younger or I wouldn't be single anymore

Yep. It was a spur of the moment thing.I just happened to be in the shop when their photographer called in and was in the hospital. I said I would do it. Went to a friends studio and borrowed the equipment. shot all day Fri. and Sat. They selected 12 shots of the six rolls I shot. They also bought the rights to several more. I now have plenty of GAS money

Pretty impressive -- it's not easy getting good results with skin tones and chrome in the same shot, not to mention shooting with nonprofessional models.

I've always said that RFs are good studio cameras, and this is just a bit more evidence for that!

Thanks, I am a studio/portrait and wedding photographer. I was just 50 miles from my equipment and they were ready to shoot. I was riding the white servi-car in the photo

No matter how many different ways I try I cannot attach a thumbnail. No way. It doesn't work for me with Safari on my G4. I can upload files to my gallery just fine. So, I guess I will always be forced to just show a hyperlink.

Well, Rick, I would be happy to be your assistant for next year's calendar.
