My Diana Mini Photos Published

Congrats! I found the first image to be the most interesting, the rest were pretty conventional in my opinion...

Mark,
I enjoyed reading the article very much. Your writing took me back to Tucson, a really special place I've enjoyed stopping at on a couple of my Southwest road trips. I didn't know about the Triple T. I'll check it out next time.

The photos provide a really nice accent to the article. Have you thought of making some portraits of the truckers and waitresses there? Your writing makes me want to know more about them. Some photos of the truck cab interiors would also be cool... I suspect each trucker personalizes his or her 'home away from home'.

Thanks all for your comments and compliments! :)

Damaso, I don't think that I was really trying to do anything very *unconventional* with these photos, but I was happy with them anyway.

Haven't heard anything about the murder... but don't really want the detectives coming back and interrogating *me* again about it...

:)

Here are some photos I did for an earlier Toy Camera show also using the Diana Mini:

they would probably be considered a little less "conventional," and photos that I am more attached to artistically and emotionally, but in the end I am more interested in exploring subtle emotional content in otherwise understated and formal photos than making wild "experimental" and "unconventional" photos.

Thanks for the comments!
