My exhibition in Prague is starting soon!

Cool Photos Max - been meaning to go back to Prague with the Missus, you've just given me the perfect excuse to have a quick look at those cheap winter flights at Easyjet 😉

Many thanks to all of you! I don't know if the exhibition will still be here in january, but why not, if they agree with that! Ujezd 19 is quite near, as martin-f5 says, to the old Sudek atelier.. I've never thought of it before, but it's quite an honor to be exposing nearby! 😀

well done, DA.

Aww man.

I was going to go to Prague later this week - I have an invitation to stay with some friends who will be there at the Iron Gate Hotel.

I've decided against going only because I would have to fly out Wednesday evening from Toronto (17:00 local time) and arrive in Prague Thursday morning (09:00 Prague time). I don't know if my body can get accustomed to the time change quick enough as I would have to leave Prague on Sunday morning to come back to Toronto.

Congrats on the exhibit Max - I wish I could be there...

Cheers
Dave

I use to visit Prague few times a year, but I am not sure, if I'll have opportunity to go there this year again, would be nice to visit your exhibition.Wish you a success!

I've just uploaded a slideshow of the exhibition photos, all will be there minus the last one (which was taken by Rainer Pawellek with his Leica M7).

The slideshow is a windows EXEcutable file and it can be found here : http://www.carthago-ltd.com/expo_massimiliano_mortillaro.exe 😀

Of course it's virus-free, and the size is 12 mb. The photos present slight tone differences and slight dimension differences, some have dust, some have little borders. Just don't worry for the exhibition, all was taken care to be looking the best possible. There's a background music, by Thomas Fersen : "Rendez-vous au Café de la Paix" !

Maybe you can play a game trying to guess which camera and lens was used for each photo ? 😉

Enjoy!!! 😀
Max

Any recommendation for Mac users?😎

Ok, try this : http://www.carthago-ltd.com/expo.swf 🙂 it should normally run on your browser. I had to use another program to make the SWF, and unfortunately it compressed the photos more than i expected, and there's an "Evaluation Copy" in the middle of each photo. I hope it won't waste the entertainment 🙂

Max,

it works.
And I like it.

Oh btw, tomorrow evening at work (French Institute of Prague) we have a photo exhibition of Koudelka starting - I hope to see him, take photos of him (I'll be taking photos for work as I'm the guy who deals with cameras & computers hehe) and I expect to go there with my Kiev-2A and the 50/2 Sonnar, or maybe i'll take the 50/1.5 J-3 😉 The photo exhibition will consist of panoramic photos related to the Camargue (area in the south of France). So far, from the few i've seen when they set it up, it looks wonderful 😉 (we have big crates from Magnum at work) 😀
