As many others already said the title is appropriate for a book about demonstrations. It let think. The photos I saw via net are good and for sure you put a lot of effort in making them. About finding an editor for a photo book I think it is possible but also a difficult task which could need a lot of effort again from your side. A few weeks ago I took part in a workshop helded by a german photographer, Jessica Backhaus who among other things gave a speach together with her editor. She explained that in order to have her first book published she had to contact during the Frankfurt Book Fair 48 editors (from a list of 50) whose answer was "nice work but to risky for us to publish". Only the 49th accepted to publish it. He was attending this meeting and confirmed the many doubts (cost related, distribution related, promotion related...) that an editors are confronted with when they have to take a similar decision.
But if you have enough energy and time you can give a try...

PS: I like the simple layout of your book.

Actually I am planing to show the book some local publishers but I don't have any hope and also I don't have any ambition. I just try my chance. I am happy with my current situation. I am just taking photograph for fun and I never think to earn money with it. Life is too short for losing time and worry with such things.
