Canon LTM My first Canon RF photos - I like it...

Canon M39 M39 screw mount bodies/lenses
yes!! I took the picture in 2006, I lived couple a months in Washington Heights, worked as Photoassistent. The photograph is made in Canalstreet@groundzero on 9/11 2006...

I think these guy is always on the road, so that EVERYBODY photographed him yet ;-) Yu CAN´T avoid him ;)

Anyway... I think about purchasing a 'P' and a 35mm F2 next month, but Iam still quarreling about the noiselevel of the shutter... (Bessa R for example is too noisy for my taste)

cheers Kai

I have the P and the 35/2.0 as well. The shutter is very quiet compared to the Bessa L that I own. The P is a wonderful camera but I am not happy with it since I just can't see the 35mm framelines in the winder (wearing spectacles).
I purchased a Bessa R with the 53mm Skopar only yesterday. When it arrives, I will decide which camera and lens to keep.

The 7's not ugly. I like the little selenium light meter window on the front. A quaint, old-fashion look. Mine works nicely, and it's more green that using batteries.

My 7s has about the same level of shutter noise as my Leica IIIa, but a little higher pitched. More a "shhhick" noise. The P, 7, and 7s should have pretty much the same shutter, the changes are in rangefinder and metering.

Thats it I going to sell my one roll old CV Bessa T and buy a 7 with the 0.95 50mm
those test shots are some of the best 50mm photos I have ever seen

Holgaguy - thanks for the comments, I highly recommend the combo.

I haven't used it much lately because my scanner broke and it took Nikon about 3 months to fix it! I look forward to trying it out at some summer fairs....
