I believe the original "red dot" camera is the Kodak Signet 35 -- even has great glass

No interchangeable lenses...does have "accesory" wide and tele lenses, but I haven't found them yet.
It weighs, at a guess, about 2/3rds of the M7.
M7 only included here to dig at my boss...who obviously bought it out of jealousy over my Red Dot.

So your boss wants to out do the Joneses? You will still get better negatives with the red dot.
