I just returned from the 65th Missouri Photo Workshop. This year it was in Trenton, MO.
This was an amazing learning experience and if you are pursuing photojournalism or documentary photography, I strongly recommend applying for next years workshop.
You can view my story here: http://mophotoworkshop.org/mpw65/benjamin-dunn/
I also encourage you to check out the other stories.
Enjoy.

Heh, pretty cool. Did you meet Eve & Taylor and Mallory? I went to school with the group of them.

I watched CPOY and MPW drift by during my undergrad years. Now I'm an ocean away and it seems like returning for MPW is a pipe dream. It's good to see that you enjoyed it. What a meat grinder - in the best of ways.

I actually did meet them. Mallory was on my team, and we talked a lot. She is super cool gal.

Thank you for the link.
Ages since i last looked.
Plowed thru all the contributions..
well it might be a great workshop,
where a few get a chance,
to do PJ and Documentary.
In a day and age of digital imaging,
perfect exposures in any light,no light,
such similar photos.. all in color.
so much sameness.
i hope some members who do /did
"PJ/News.Document"
also comment.
