I don't think you'll regret the decision to use Griptac Sug. I have it on my MP and really like the way it has improved the handling of the camera.

Black M3 DS with GripTac.

I agree with earlier posts that it is a bit 'off' on a black paint camera, but the gripping is superior and this is a daily shooter. Someday I might stick Levant Black on it though.

Oh, on my M3 I removed the self timer lever (mechanism still in there, to prevent shutter echoing 😛)and just cut a piece of a tin can to cover the hole with. Stuck it on there with a few dabs of glue and covered it.

No sweat.
