I also have an older Leica (1940's?) Summitar 50 f/2 collapsible lens. It looks clean enough and everything seems to turn the way it should, but I have never used it. I picked it up for $30 and if anyone is interested, it's theirs for $20 - I'm just not going to use it.

I check the site three or four times a day becuase it's a lot like checking in with friends -- see what's going on and what's being discussed. This is definitely the most pleasant list I belong to and my thanks to the members, Joe, and Jorge for making it possible.

I seem to be addicted to this site! I visit RFF probably 10 times a day to post and to see what others have posted. Am I alone? Are there others? Please vote in the poll to either let me know that I am not alone, or that I do in fact have a problem.

once in the morning and again at the end of the day. I have too much to do away from the computer.

this IS the most pleasant place on the web. everyone is very helpful. and i like that everything is so low key. i used to visit a reflux website because my 2 year old son has it....and that forum was sometimes more stressful than my son and the relfux.
RFF a great place to forget problems and chat or get answers to problems.

RFF is my start page in Firefox and because of that I am "damned" to take a look whenever I start it. But so far I no regrets. There is always something interesting to read.

I answered 5-6 times a day cuz that seems like a fair average ...I'm here for two major things: information and, umm, a certain amount of validation. AND since we don't use web-cams, I can't see any of your eyes glaze when I obsess/speculate/wax euphoric about this camera and (ODG)film stuff. Some of my family and a few of my friends are happy to see the few photgraphs I show them but any talk about the how or why and they'd rather be anywhere else.
Add the welcoming, friendly atmosphere up in this place and I check in as often as I can.
