My neighborhood....lets see yours

The old lane at the bottom of my road leading to the railway crossing house (1834) and the track which runs to the small port of Fleetwood some five miles away.
The track is no longer in use.
It was built to link London to a northern port (Fleetwood built 1835)in order that Queen Victoria could sail to Balmoral.

Great!
For me all these fish are very exotic, there are none in my rivers.
I'd really like to catch some one day…
My record last year: 7.47 ft Silurus Silarus
I never knew its weight since I released without weighing.

cat-fishermen here dream of fishing for the huge european and asian cats. i know of the cats in spain's ebro river. i didn't know of the monsters in the rhone.
if you ever get to the south, i will hook you up on the warrior river ...

unfortunately, this is how many people ride around on their motorbikes on my street.....I have been here for 3 years and it still amazes (worries) me....sometimes I see the little guys sitting behind the driver (mom or dad) hanging on for their dear lives....
