Hi all
i couldnt decide between the mamiya 6 & pentax,
and after using the M6 for 2 months, it was clear to me.
I am an SLR addict!...
The Pentax's VF is gorgeous!
The camera's noise is on par with a Hassy.
The body, with a WLF is quite light, but a prism will find it's way to me soon. WL is not my cup of tea either.
Anyways, thanks for your tips, off to the streets...

Pentax 67 is a great camera and the 105 2.4 is a real 'sleeper' of a lens.
Still regret selling my 67 II nearly 7 years ago....

Just came back from the first street walk with it.
It is a charm of a camera! I love it!!
The 10 frame a pop is a bit of a pain, but need to get my brain into that rhythm, is all.
Post I will.

It will take 220.
And I think it's mostly a pain because film loading can be a bit of a hassle, especially when trying to load it on the move. But I'm getting better at it. I do find the 67II loads better than the 67. Not sure why or if it's just my imagination.

Haven't seen any 220 film locally, and I know the processing is pricier.
I wish it wasn't the case...
thnx

The best camera is one that still works!

It's a tragedy that 220 can no longer be obtained in black and white ... whatever Kodak's reason was for discontnuing 220 black and white film it pi$$ed a lot of people off.
Fabulous camera itai ... glad you're enjoying it already.

Right. 20/24 frames per roll would have been a godsend.
They shot themselves in the foot there.
And us...
