So, if someone has a machine that processes C41 (like those in one-hour photo places), are the prints (say, 4x6) part of what that machine does?

If so, is there a similar machine that does the same but for B & W film?

Are they the same machine just with different chemicals?

is this a dumb question like "Do you have a B & W camera?" ?

Depends on the machine, as there could be two in what looks like one.
