my Olympus XA2 died!!

it died!! it finally did.

this trusty little buddy has been with me for a long time. i like to bike around the city with the XA2 on my wrist. many times it got hit up by my bike handle but for two years it worked properly without any complain.

now its shutter opens but wont close on time or by itself. i have to turn the reload wheel to close it.

anyway. i will remember you.

p.s. anybody wants to sell your XA or XA2 or XA4?

You're asking someone if they will sell an XA4? ROTFLMAO!!!

I'd sell you one of my XAs, but it needs a CLA, so it wouldn't be a good deal for you.

I've got a couple of XA's, one from an RFF'er, one off ebay in clean/fixed up condition, both same functional condition, the ebay one a little cleaner, the RFF one has some back rash. Both have good seals and meter right on, one has flash.

I'd sell the clean one w/flash for $55, the RFF user one for $45, plus shipping of your choice to 48 states only.

I've shot rolls through both of them in the last 2 weeks, and they work great. I cannot tell one from the other in photo quality.

You can find XA-4's w/ 28mm lens occasionaly on ebay, but they are outrageous, often $200+ in unknown condition, also scale focus, and less elements in the lens.
