I have stumbled upon a photo of unknown orgin that I like. Does anyone of you fine photographers here at RFF know who the photograper of this picture is?

I believe that's Lance Armstrong riding the bike, and it's almost certainly from an advertisement. Mr. Armstrong's image rarely appears outside of a commercial context.
