Yep,
I saw that one......would have bid on it if it was a postwar "stepped" camera
This auction one dates from about early/mid 1943 - it`s one of the first IIIC`s with the slow speed dial locking button and the wide collar ring around the shutter button, hmmmmm I also think? that this might also be one of the last "bright" chrome cameras made before the chrome shortage started and cameras went Grey paint........
UK Shooters this looks like a decent camera worth a CRR vulcanite job and a "uncoated" f3.5 50mm Elmar added to it
