neat Time magazine kodachrome video

Thanks for posting this, here is one of the original K-chromes also from 1938 taken by my father-in-law:

the tones of the first kodachrome are pretty wild . wish you could duplicate that look with modern film or processing
 
Thanks for posting the video and link! I'm glad these photos are getting even more airtime. Some of them were published a couple of years ago, in a book titled Bound for Glory, with the history of these photographs and their makers. Check it out.
 
Old K-chrome always to me looked like pictures were taken as the sun went down; warm and golden. This one is also from WKAmonette, in 1946-7:
