Generally the standard Leica neck strap and hung around my neck. I do have a Luigi wrist strap for use on those really candid shots. I hold the camera in my hand and close to the body.

How to you carry your RF when in the streets?
I have a Gordy wrist strap and I typically have the camera in Zing pouch on my belt. Watching some of the old time street shooters like Winogrand, they have the camera on a short neck strap. What do you prefer and why?
Joe,
I use the standard Leica strap, but I set the length so that I also use it as a wrist strap. I secured the wrist opening adjustment with a few stitches.
I like having a neck strap so that I can avoid any possibility of a snatch and grab or any bonehead move like leaving a Leica in a cab.
Know I mostly carry my camera at my side in my right hand where it is ready to shoot. To me it is less obvious and not readily noticed. Also the way I have my cameras rigged it is easy to see that they feature grips making my cameras resemble a set of brass knuckles.
