Hello all,
I'm looking for a bit of advice on how to sell a rare cameral lens. It is an Exacta mount P. Angenieux 50mm S21. I have sold quite a bit on eBay in the past, but never anything with this kind of value. My paranoia factor is high!
Would I be better off selling to a dealer? If so, do you have any recommendations? How about a camera show? Do those sorts of things happen very often?

You're gonna want to look up JK Collectibles on FB or user "johnson167" on instagram. He has the best rare lenses I've ever seen. I just had a very good transaction with him when I sold a rare 1920s Zeiss. He pays well for rare items as well. I'd do business with him in a heartbeat.

Had a rare Summilux 50mm V2 black paint -transition type(partly black paint, partly black chrome)-, he "JK Collectibles" was rude in his correspondence and offererd way too low.
You could offer your lens here in the classifieds, or search for an appropriate group on facebook?
