Need advice/tips how to load a "stubborn" 620 film

Need help in how to load a 620 film that is hard to unroll. Tried last tuesday but was not able to load in rell since the film was allways "jumping" out!

Have you tried warming it? I sometimes carry a 127 roll in my pocket for a while just before I throw it in the changing bag. Helps a little, I think. It still gets "interesting" towards the end of the strip, where it's wound tight on the thin 127 (or 620) spindle.
