Need developing times for TriX @ 100 & 800

Hi,
Due to the only film available at the time, I had to shoot 2 rolls of TriX - one at 100 & another at 800. I usually develop TriX in D76 1:1 at 20C for 10 mins. Can you please give me the modified times for the speeds mentioned? Thank you.

The Massive Dev Chart suggests D76 1+3 for 13 minutes for 100, and D76 1+1 for 9 minutes 45 seconds for 800.

Kodak's recommendations match up for 800, they say that you don't have to change development from 400. Hope that helps.

I would be more pragmatic and go to 14-16 minutes for EI 800, (with agitation once every 2 minutes) and 8 minutes with normal agitation for EI 100. The problematic one will be the EI 800, and you would really be better off to use another developer for this. As far as I am concerned, Tri X in D76 is EI 250, so this is almost a 2 stop push. A good alternative could be to develop that roll in D76 undiluted for your standard 1+1 time.

I soup Tri-X @400 and 800 exactly the same in D76. 1:1 for 9:75

I believe the Massive Dev Chart has times for 100. Shouldn't be a problem.

My time for Tri-X @ 800 in D76 stock is 9:30 (20C). Never shot Tri-X @ 100.

Can I pull trix to 50 iso and still obtain good grain?

I do Trix at 200 in HC110h; 11 minutes and 15 seconds, 30 seconds agitation to start, then 3 inversions at (counting down) 10 min, 6 min, 2 min, at 68 degrees F or 20 degrees C. Most of the time I expose with the on-camera meter, but when I do some scenes I put shadows at Zone III, portraits I meter white skin at Zone VI. I, of course, correct to Zone V, and then I shoot.

Not one of my best shots, but recent and easy to find. Because of back lighting I meter the face at six and opened up the aperture one stop.

But you may be able adjust for the ISO/EV you want to use.
