Need downloadable model release

I normally shoot products for my professional work, but I have a situation where I am shooting a building with people and the client wants everyone that is visible to have signed a model release. (These are employees of the client).

I need to find a simple downloadable model release form I can print out and have everyone sign.

Any ideas?

I did a quick search of Google for "Model Release" sample pdf and came back with thousands of hits. Here are a couple - don't know if they will meet your needs. Usually, there is some specific lanaguage that is unique to your situation. Lawyers need work, they're starving out there. And these may be copyrighted, so beware. But they are examples.
