I want to make videos of myself doing things in the woodworking shop and send to my friends overseas. What is a good choice. I would like the following features.

1. tripod mount
2. save as avi mov or mpeg no proprietary formats
3. low light, in the garage there is not much light at night and the light i have is flourescent.
4. less than $100
5. save to usb memory stick would be nice

Thanks

I don't think that creature exists at your price point.
I was about to recommend one of the good newer P&S cameras like the x100 but you'd be in it for over $600 at the very least.
You might want to just use an iphone or an android with one of the tripod mount cradles that are available.
