The Olympus 12-60mm lens is fantastic (with a 2x crop factor). I use it with my E-510, and would not ever part with it again. I'm sure there are some very nice Nikon lenses, but this lens should be a strong argument for Olympus, if you can live with the other shortcomings of the Olympus E series bodies when compared to the various Nikon bodies.
