What happen with my camera???? need help😱

Take it back to the store. That's one of the advantages from buying from a store. Take it back and let them look at it.

You have a real warranty, and it should be honored without question.

It sounds like an electronic failure or possibly a connectivity issue.

In any case, I would take it to the store. Very likely, no one here can diagnose the problem, as this situation requires a hands-on inspection.

Most likely it is just a problem with an incompletely advanced winding lever - if you still have the film inside, try to tension it by using the rewind crank, and then see if you can advance it to the end of the frame, then try to shoot. If this does not work, remove the film and try to move the film advancing mechanism with your fingers to see if this is going to help to unblock it. Zeiss Ikon is a robust tool, but since it has an electronic check of the frame advance, a missing contact can make it appear like broken.

I've done what mfogiel recommended when my ZI seemed to freeze up at the end of a roll when only a partial wind of the lever was possible. Open the back and rotate the spool that grabs the film leader, then try to wind and fire the shutter.

Also, for all Cosina-made cameras with vertical shutters, be careful not to wind when the shutter is open for a long exposure. This can happen accidentally when in AE mode and the lenscap is on. I've heard of this jamming shutters on Bessas and ZIs.

What an exotic feature for a modern camera! I have heard of some Kiev or Fed models somewhat as strange (don't use shutter dial if not cocked). Bruin, It's hard to believe it.

My new ZI, used couple of rolls, cheated me a week ago. Shutter doesn't work: it seems cocking and exposuring when advance film, but it doesn't open at all and it "shoot" itself immediately after advancing film. Camera is traveling to Zeiss.

Wishing a reliable tool too...
