Can someone please kindly recommend a place where I can send this in for service / cleaning?

Hi Paul. Welcome to RFF.
I strongly recommend leaving those few dusts alone. They shouldn't affect image quality at all and even if you have the lens cleaned, dusts will go in sooner or later. And a few specks of dust should not affect resale value of the lens neither should you care.
