Thanks everyone. I ended up buying the Naneu Pro Lima from Garland on eBay. Great bag. Good construction and well thought out. It is perfect for my Voigtlander, 40mm, 15mm, Canon A610 w/ Lensmater adapter, and various accessories with extra batteries. Highly recommended!
I actually just bought the larger, Naneu Pro Tango.

A half hour in a hot clothes dryer should kill anything living on a bag.

A note about hte Domke Wh ite House bag.
The WH bag is a Domke F-5X (= FX-5A now) which was made to commemorate 25 years (?) of the WH photographers. Speical issue, limited production, slightly higher price than the F-5X bag, a few dollars.
Just another attempt at a promo item.
I have used an F-5X for a number of years for a Leica M3 or Bessa R with a spare lens and a flash.
Nice bag, small, holds enough stuff for a good day's shooting.
Oh, yes, I find no Domke bag is complete without a Post Office pad. Makes the strap sit pretty flat on the shoulder, it is wedge-shaped, and a VERY good accessory!
