Neofin Blue with CHS Art 25

Hello.

A couple of years ago I went to Cuba, I have a couple of rolls to soup still. Problem is, it's CHS Art 25 and I'm going to drown it in Neofin Blue. I no longer have the instructions for the film, can anyone suggest a dilution for the film and some times? I seem to remember diluting the vial with 500ml of water and souping for 4-5 minutes, but that may just be nonsense.

Never tried this combination, but instructions say 30ml bottle + 470 ml water.
