Hi.
On the pdf data sheet of the Diafine, also to be found on Freestylephoto's web site, says Neopan 1600 should be used at ei 2400 with this developer.
However i just received the pack of diafine and on the back side it says neopan1600 should be used as ei 1200. There is a full stop difference.
So what's the truth?
I would tend to believe the numbers on the package, however, there are typos and other mistakes on it, so ...dunno.

I've put a reasonable amount of Neopan 1600 through Diafine at ISO2400. I'm not qualified to talk about such things as EI, but I can say it has tons of contrast, loses a lot of shadow detail, and yet I still like the look.

My two Blanc Nuit shots in my gallery are at about EI2000, NP1600 in Diafine.
The one shot has some surge/bromide drag at the edges, but you can see the tonality is pretty decent.
