Hi fellows,
I have the following challenge in front of me - to process Neopan 400 @ 1600 ASA using a developer that can be mixed at home - using phenodone, methol and hydrohinone...
Currently I think of D76 ... 15 min
or two bath processing Jean-Fache (hope I spelled it correctly)... 15 min each
or Neofin Blue (Beutler)
or Rodinal

Can some of you share his experience with me?

Parodinal at 1+100. Stand develop at 1 hour. Agitate 10 secs after first 30 min. Still I think Neopan does not push well. Well, that may be just me.

I often push LegacyPro 400 (said to be rebadged Neopan 400) to 1600 with stock D76.

Here are some samples with this combination (click link for larger pic):

Yesterday I used Promicrol 1:10 at 24 centigrades for 20 min. I think the negs are usable. The contrast could be a bit higher, but these are the risks of pushing a film... on the other hand, the photos are just family photos with my niece, I would never use flash to shoot her...
Thank you, guys, for the quick replies. I will give a try to the D76 and the paRodinal as suggested.
