Hi there,
I've developed a test roll yesterday of Neopan 400 pushed at 3200 and developed at 20 degres C. for 16 minutes in Microphen. 3 agitation every 2 minutes ... I'm losing a lot of shadow details. Pictures were taken in bar during the night ...
What could I do differently to get more shadow details ? Less agitation ?

Ive gotten good results with ilford delta 3200. ive only used it at 6x9 so i dont know how good the grain would be in 35 but it might be worth a try. The more you agitate the more contrast you get

You're pushing a 400 speed film to 3200. You will lose shadow detail. Period.
I don't know if any possible methods will yield more shadow detail. You can only reduce agitation in Microphen so much before you start getting streaking. I can do a single inversion ever 3 minutes, but if I go to one every 4 minutes, I have gotten streaking. Also, while minimal agitation will always produce _some_ compensation, you won't get much more with Microphen.
Your only alternative _might_ be to use a more active developer with stand development. Rodinal is often suggested, but you're going to be fighting the film speed battle right off the bat. You might want to try FX-1 or FX-2, maybe.
