Netherlands post office prices?

I bought a camera from someone based in holland and now he wants to send it to me (Germany)

On the netherlands PO site they say it's 8.65 for priority mail within Europe.(?)

Doesn't say anything about insurance though? Is it included? extra? how much..etc

That would be Worldpack Special Zone 1 (Holland->Germany) from TPGpost.
It's 12.75 euro (postage included) and insured up to 500 euro.
